From building tech to building companies.

I'm originally from Edo State, and my path into this work started somewhere most people wouldn't expect — studying Building Technology at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic. From there I moved into Electronics and Computer Engineering at the Federal University of Technology, Minna, and I'm currently pursuing an MSc in Information Technology at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).

That mix — construction thinking, engineering rigor, and IT — shapes how I approach everything I build now. I don't just want something that looks good; I want the foundation underneath it to hold. That's true whether it's a codebase, a curriculum, or a hosting server.

What actually drives the work, though, is simpler: I love helping businesses solve problems. Whether that's Learnovo Kids solving an access-to-skills problem for Nigerian children, DuoHost solving a reliability problem for hosting clients, or a client automation project solving a "we're wasting hours on this every week" problem — that's the part I show up for.

Outside of the ventures, I write as a blogger at freshgist.com.ng, and I play music — guitar is my best instrument, though I play piano/keyboard too.
